The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with operating in a customer service capacity to assist sales staff and customers with orders, purchases, questions and problems
- Ability to receive and enter orders, manage order processing, and track order and shipment status
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders and warranty claims
- Ability to resolve challenges and process returns
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Basic computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
