About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service professional to serve as the first point of contact and a vital brand ambassador for customers of a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer. In this hybrid role based in Lisbon, you will deliver exceptional support, manage after-sales processes, and help create outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the brand with professionalism and care

Support the full after-sales process, including online orders and refunds

Handle and escalate customer complaints effectively when needed

Answer inquiries and address customer doubts with clarity and empathy

Identify opportunities for suggestive selling and cross-selling when customers are receptive

Requirements

Fluent/native-level proficiency in French

Strong proficiency in English

Experience managing after-sales processes (online orders and refunds)

Proven ability to handle and escalate customer complaints

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Meal allowance of €7.63 net per working day
