About the Role

Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in using computers and basic customer service applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules
