Requirements

● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
● Flexible to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Must reside in Benin City, specifically around Sapele Road or GRA and environs.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Capacity to work under pressure.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Google Docs (especially spreadsheets) and CRM software.
● Experience in a customer-focused environment.
● Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
