Customer Service Representative I

M-F 8a-4:30p, training and work at Muncie office.

• Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email.

Context & Purpose

• Scheduling sleep study appt for Muncie and Fishers Sleep Labs.

Responsibilities of Role

• Receive inbound patient calls, execute outbound patient calls, assigned a sleep lab(s) to be liaison, create electronic patient charts, patient packet emails/req mail
• Sleep lab liaison, greeting patients for sleep studies

Other Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Requires working knowledge of computers.
