Customer Service Representative - In-Person

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who love Vermont and value our practical, hard-to-find products. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers find exactly what they need—and perhaps something they didn’t know they wanted—from our catalog and online store. Full- and part-time seasonal positions are available!

Location: 15 West Street, Rutland, VT

Current Customer Service Hours of Operation:

Monday – Saturday: 8:00am – 8:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 6:30pm

A Sampling of What You’ll Do

· Assist customers by phone with orders from our catalog or online store

· Answer questions about products and orders

· Build product knowledge about The Vermont Country Store’s offerings

· Connect with customers and build relationships during calls

Who We’re Looking For

• • Must be a Vermont resident
  • Must have an internet speed of at least 40mbps for remote work

· Must be age 16 or older

· Dependable, enthusiastic, flexible team player

• • Ability to learn new computer applications

· Ability to use a laptop, keyboard, and mouse

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
