Customer Service Representative

Jung Truck Service is hiring for a Customer Service / Logistic Coordinator position. The job requires the ability to take initiative, a good eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. The candidate must capable of working independently and use good time management to the prioritize the daily work load.

Responsibilities:

• Enter orders into the Transportation Management System
• Answer calls from customers and drivers
• Email customers
• Enter changes and upload documents into TMS
• Other duties as assigned

Communication & Collaboration

• Ability to build strong relationships with operations teams, drivers, and customers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
