About the Role

The Kommissary is seeking an energetic, personable, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building customer relationships, and representing a brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The position combines customer service, outbound outreach, and relationship management, with a focus on engaging existing and prospective customers, communicating our offerings, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound customer outreach, targeting approximately 100–150 calls per day.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Introduce company products, services, promotions, and new offerings through engaging conversations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Follow up with customers to encourage engagement, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call activity, and follow-up notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve concerns.
• Meet established outreach, engagement, and customer service performance goals.
• Represent The Kommissary with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first approach.
