Customer Service Representative

• Job DescriptionFunction: This position is responsible for providing telephone technical support to client Sales and Service associates and client customers in the Equipment Product Technical Support contact center.
• Duties include providing part information related to the repair, maintenance, and operation of client dispensing equipment and multiple brands and models of commercial dish machines.
• The position utilizes databases or technical manuals to research, identify and recommend appropriate parts and part numbers for the aforementioned equipment.
• Main Responsibilities: Provides accurate and courteous consultation to callers via phone or email on routine requests related to repair part numbers and application to specific dispensing systems and or dish machine components.
• Learns basic knowledge of available dispensing equipment and parts to make recommendations on available options to meet customer requirements.
• Transfer complex or difficult calls promptly to the supervisor or higher trained staff. Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Duties: Time Telephone call answering 80 Follow-up communications and consultation 10 Projectsother duties as assigned 10Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Two to four years work experience in a technical trade or customer service job area
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Year Technical College degree in a trade field Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics Strong customer service aptitude, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with other staff members Previous Ecolab or other dispensing equipment company experience
• Experience working with BOM or Specifications systems Ability to multitask and manage numerous projects simultaneously
