We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
- Use ServiceTitan software to update customer info and work orders
- Provide updates and support to both customers and technicians
- Keep things running smoothly with accuracy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (home services a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy; ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
