We are currently seeking a:

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Commercieel Medewerker Back Office (m/v/d)

Full-time (40 hours) or part-time positions available (minimum 32 hours per week) at our location in
Soest.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing orders
• Serving as a bridge between customers and internal departments
• Assisting with project work as well as sales and marketing support
• Managing and handling written and telephone correspondence
• Continuously optimizing internal systems and IT solutions
• Supporting and assisting colleagues with day-to-day operations
• Processing customer orders in the ERP system
• Handling complaints and returns
• Preparing quotes
• Maintaining master data
• Occasional support at internal and external events (dental trade shows)
• Advising and supporting customers

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service
• Technical understanding, combined with reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., for customer events)
• Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
• Knowledge of Word and Excel, SAP is a plus
• Ideally, you have a background in dental technology or orthodontics

• 1st contract of 7 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract upon satisfactory
  performance
• A competitive salary between € 2.750 and € 3.300 depending on experience (based on
  40 hours)
• A full-time or a part-time position of 32 hours per week with the prospect of increased
  hours
