Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service contract inquiries. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service contracts
Assist customers with policy details, coverage options, claims, and billing questions
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Document customer interactions in our system and follow up as necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns
Ability to de-escalate challenging customer inquiries, comments, and concerns while delivering necessary information consistent with Company policies and processes
Regardless of recurring and routine customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, approaches each and every interaction with superior listening skills
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

Pay Rate Customer Service Representative:
$18-20 hour
