Main functions:

• Welcome and assist customers during their visit.
• Help with the use of digital kiosks and placing orders.
• Resolve doubts and incidents quickly and kindly.
• Deliver orders to tables when necessary.
• Supervise cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Guarantee a pleasant and friendly experience.
• Support promotions, birthdays, and activities in the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain quality and service standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Availability and flexibility in working hours
• No previous experience required (experience in customer service is valued)
