What you’ll do
- Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
- Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
- Support customers through live chat, text, and email
- Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems
What we’re looking for
- Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written
- Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy
- Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)
What you’ll get
- $16.00/hr starting pay, with a raise to $16.50/hr at 4 months
