Cross Border Talents is recruiting for an outbound customer service role in the energy sector.
In this role, you will:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Present electricity and gas packages
- Explain service features and benefits
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
We're looking for proactive, motivated communicators who are interested in customer service and commercial activities.
Position details:
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work model: On-site
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
Initial training will introduce you to the products, tools, and processes you'll use in your daily work.
