Job Summary
BZO Wheel & Tire Distributor is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have prior knowledge of tires and the tire industry.
This position is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and supporting daily sales operations. The employee will also receive outside sales training to prepare for potential future sales opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities
•Answer incoming calls and assist customers in English and Spanish.
•Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
•Provide information regarding tire sizes, brands, pricing, and availability.
•Assist customers with tire selection and product questions.
•Resolve customer service concerns and order discrepancies.
•Coordinate with warehouse personnel and outside sales representatives.
•Maintain positive customer relationships.
•Participate in outside sales training and customer relationship development.
•Shadow outside sales representatives as assigned.
•Assist with additional sales responsibilities when needed.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
•Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
•Must have prior tire knowledge, including familiarity with tire sizes, brands, and applications.
•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Dependable, punctual, and professional.
•Willingness to participate in outside sales training.
•High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in tire wholesale distribution, tire retail sales, or automotive customer service.

Outside Sales Training Opportunity
This position includes training in outside sales to prepare the employee to potentially fill an outside sales position if a vacancy occurs. Training may include customer visits, sales techniques, product knowledge, and territory management.
Completion of training does not guarantee promotion or transfer into an outside sales position.
