CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

for our Builder/Wholesale Division located at
105 Price Parkway, Farmingdale, NY

This division sells major appliances exclusively to builders, contractors, landlords and management companies throughout the Tri-state area.

This entry level position will require customer service, heavy phone work and data entry on our internal computer system.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls from customers with existing accounts looking to place orders over the phone or email. Each order must be entered accurately into our point of sale system and then followed through to completion of scheduled delivery.
• Confirming deliveries with the customer the night before delivery to review address, delivery instructions and product information.

Monday - Friday
8:30 - 5:00 pm
