Customer Service Representative Part-time (Gallitzin)

PennCrest Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Gallitzin office.

The CSR is responsible for performing a variety of banking functions in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Processing teller transactions, including accepting deposits, cashing checks, and verifying transaction accuracy, amounts, and endorsements.
• Processing loan payments and assisting customers with opening new accounts.
• Maintaining and balancing the teller drawer, including currency, coin, and checks, to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Educating customers on and promoting the Bank's products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
