Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milwaukee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional pet grooming business.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and update customer appointments
- Check pets in and out for grooming services
- Collect and process customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Keep the reception and customer areas organized and welcoming
- Assist with general customer service and daily salon operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working around dogs and other pets
Compensation & Benefits
