Customer Service Representative

Prinsco has an opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative. We offer a competitive compensation ($21-$24/hr depending on experience) and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance and short term disability, HSA or FSA, and two medical plan options. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation.

• Provide exceptional customer service in the accurate fulfillment of orders, including supporting the dispatch function.
• Establish working relationships with sales to better understand customer needs, their unique product terminology and pricing.
• Handle all customer concerns and questions, providing resolutions and follow-up as needed.

We require the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required with a minimum of six months customer service or dispatch experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with MS Office products and IQMS preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion when conveying and communicating with customers, employees, manager and corporate HR.
