The role handles standardized clerical, court, discovery, records, document, and case-support tasks. The successful candidate works independently, follows established procedures, manages competing priorities, and maintains a high level of accuracy when handling case information and legal documents.

- Update case-management systems with verified information.
Legal Document & Motion Support
- Prepare standardized motions and other documents using approved templates and case information.
- Follow firm requirements for formatting, naming, filing, and quality control.
- Follow up on pending motions and document status when needed.
Discovery & Records
- Request discovery and records from courts, agencies, prosecutors, law enforcement, and other authorized sources.
- Follow up on outstanding requests.
