Customer Service Representative

At Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, every customer relationship starts with a conversation.

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. You'll be one of the first people our customers connect with when they need help, so strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and schedule electrical, plumbing, heating, and air service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance visits, customer follow-ups, and service opportunities.
• Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional support.
• Work with dispatchers and technicians to keep customers informed and coordinate service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in company systems.
• Process customer payments and assist with other tasks as needed.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in call centers, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing roles. Home services, scheduling, or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.
