Customer Service Representative (Sartell Team Referrals)
About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers with account-related questions, payments, and issue resolution. This role ensures a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving concerns, and providing clear and accurate information.
The Customer Service Representative partners with internal teams to maintain accurate account records, follow established workflows, and meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances
- Provide clear, professional explanations of balances, payments, and available options
- Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone
- Accurately document all interactions while navigating multiple systems
- Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements
- Meet performance goals related to productivity and quality
- Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs when applicable
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, healthcare support, administrative, or office-based role
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Work-From-Home environment
- Demonstrated reliability, consistent attendance, and commitment to meeting performance expectations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with production or quality expectations
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other business applications
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively by phone and in writing
- Demonstrated reliability, attendance, and a stable work history
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a Work-From-Home environment
- Ability to maintain a private, secure workspace and meet company internet requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Healthcare customer service, medical billing, insurance, banking, collections, or similar account-based customer support experience
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Experience working with performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction
- Experience using CRM, patient account, billing, or EHR systems
- Experience resolving escalated customer issues while maintaining professionalism

This is a Work-from-Home position. Employees must maintain a secure and private workspace and reliable internet connectivity that meets company requirements.
