Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Usual Responsibilities
- Handle order changes, returns, and cancellations according to policy.
- Resolve routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues to a supervisor.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on open quotes with customers.

- Send order confirmations and shipping updates to customers.
- Process customer orders and enter them into the order management system.
- Answer customer questions about order status, lead times, and product availability.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to confirm delivery dates.
Recommended Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Experience with order entry and ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read order specifications and basic production schedules.
- Comfort working with deadlines and multiple open orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with inventory and shipping documentation.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Experience handling customer accounts in a B2B setting.
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
