What You'll Do
- Greet customers in person, by phone, and email
- Manage customer projects from quote through delivery
- Learn customer goals and recommend the best print and signage solutions
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders
- Coordinate with production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Guide customers through proof approvals
- Keep customers informed on project status and timelines
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Package and ship completed orders (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Help maintain office and shipping supplies

- Willingness to learn print products, materials, and software
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Print, copy, signage, or marketing industry experience is a plus
- Experience with quoting or order management systems is helpful
