Nvision, a subsidiary of SBMF Rx, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio team. This is an opportunity to provide phar
macy support in an independent retail/specialty pharmacy setting while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no regular evenings or weekends.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls and assist with questions and requests
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Help resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Assist the pharmacy team with daily administrative and customer-service tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
