I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a golf professional before retiring from that career and transitioning into the insurance industry with Farm Bureau. I later became a State Farm team member and eventually took over an agency of my own. I'm a proud Campbell University graduate, married with a 14-year-old child, and enjoy traveling, golfing, and following sports.
Our agency offers health benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team members both personally and professionally while giving them the opportunity to build rewarding careers.
Our office is fast-paced, and we value people who can take initiative, stay organized, and think critically throughout their day. We believe in working efficiently, paying attention to the details, and using the resources available to find solutions rather than waiting for someone else to provide the answers.
I'm looking for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. The right person will be resourceful, willing to learn, and able to think through challenges independently while knowing when to seek guidance or utilize available resources. If you're motivated, dependable, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to meet you.
