ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a team of five built on strong relationships, growth, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers.
I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. We look for ways to stay involved and give back to the community whenever we can.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Jordan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
