I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a farmer. I was looking for a career that offered more opportunity, balance, and long-term growth, which ultimately led me into agency ownership.
I’m a graduate of Texas A&M University and will be getting married in the next few months. Family and community are both very important to me, and I’ve worked to build that same mindset into the agency culture.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, maternity and paternity leave, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe people perform their best when they feel supported both professionally and personally.
Our office culture is family-oriented and centered around teamwork, growth, and helping one another succeed. We’re focused on both personal and professional development while working together toward common goals. I’m looking for someone who is sociable, dependable, efficient, and motivated by deadlines and results. If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, values growth, and wants to be part of a supportive and motivated team, this could be a great fit for you.
