I opened my State Farm agency in Austin in 2014, and one thing I've learned is that a successful agency starts with great people.
I'm originally from Louisiana, a proud LSU alum, and married with two kids and our Golden Retriever, Bogie. I believe in building a workplace where people enjoy coming to work, support each other, and take pride in what they do.
We're a close-knit team where everyone plays an important role. We work hard, celebrate wins, and believe that taking great care of customers and consistently putting in the effort should be recognized.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Great customer service is about more than answering questions. It's about building relationships and making a difference.
We're looking for someone who's friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be someone our customers can count on. You'll help with everyday insurance needs, build relationships, and recognize opportunities to provide additional protection.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service but also wants to develop sales skills and increase their earning potential.
No insurance experience? That's okay. We're willing to train someone who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Customer Relationships: Build trust and provide a great customer experience.

Policy Assistance: Help with billing, policy changes, and general insurance questions.

Coverage Opportunities: Recognize when customers may benefit from additional protection.

Insurance Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance once properly licensed.

Customer Follow-Up: Make sure requests and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

Customer Retention: Help customers understand their coverage and feel valued.

Team Support: Work together to accomplish agency goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience we'd love to see:
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Insurance agency experience or active insurance licenses.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
