Customer Service Representative - Store (PT)

As a Dollar Express Customer ServiceRepresentative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to ourcustomers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them withselection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questionsregarding the store and merchandise.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Provides customer engagement inpositive and approachable manner.

Assists in maintaining a clean,well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.

Helps in the unloading of merchandisefrom delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise fromstockroom to sales floor.

Independently stocks shelves andrecovers merchandise in the store.

Accurately handles customer funds andprocesses transactions using the POS system.

Remains constantly aware of customeractivity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Performs all other duties as assignedin order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
