Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
* Ensure customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions to their concerns.
Requirements
* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressed or upset customers.
* Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications.
* Previous experience in customer support or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
