📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Provide customer support and resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat & social media 💬
👉 Assist customers with questions on financial products, payments & account services
👉 Investigate customer queries and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance
👉 Maintain professional, high-quality communication across all interactions
👉 Accurately document customer cases and relevant information

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Swedish speaker
🔹 Good command of English
🔹 Completed secondary education
🔹 Previous customer service experience an advantage
🔹 Good computer and technology skills 💻
🔹 Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
🔹 Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
🔹 Clean criminal record
🔹 Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus ✈️
🔹 Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends
