Customer Service Representative

T.K. Graphics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with our Sales and Production teams to make sure orders move smoothly from start to finish. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and staying organized in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide information about pricing, timelines, and order status.
- Process customer orders, revisions, and change requests.
- Follow up on jobs throughout the production process.
- Keep customers updated on their orders.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, and Billing.
- Help resolve customer concerns and find practical solutions.
- Ensure customer and job information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with information needed for invoicing and billing.
- Manage multiple customer requests and priorities throughout the day.
What We're Looking For:

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Customer service or printing industry experience is an asset, but not required.
