We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid, supporting operations across Spain & Portugal. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding daily order processing and supply-related inquiries. Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key customers, internal teams, and external partners. Manage customer contracts, queries, and agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complaints. Coordinate service delivery to meet both customer expectations and Tata Steel standards. Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to meet agreed customer service levels. Manage customer call-offs and shipment schedules; support Just-In-Time (JIT) stock operations when required. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate unresolved problems with actionable recommendations. Assist in the execution of concessions and out-buy processes when necessary. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in customer service or an administrative role where precision and attention to detail are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential challenges. Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging effectively with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships. Basic knowledge of international trade: Incoterms, payment methods, letters of credit.
