Bilingual Customer Service Representative

📍 Escondido, CA (Fully Onsite) 💲 $21.00/hour 📅 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and providing outstanding customer service? Sharecare is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Escondido! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and providers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from members and providers.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Educate callers on available programs, services, and benefits.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues and partner with internal teams when needed.
• Meet performance, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Build rapport with callers and adapt your communication style to meet their needs.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bilingual (required)

✅ High School Diploma or equivalent

✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

✅ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet navigation

✅ Ability to accurately enter and document information

✅ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

✅ Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Escondido, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
