About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an essential role in supporting service operations across the Birner Group's five regional locations. You'll be the connection between our customers, service teams, and internal systems, ensuring every service request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service appointments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed work.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on parts orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare customer service quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enter and manage information across multiple software systems and databases.
- Communicate and collaborate with service teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Help create positive customer experiences that reflect the Renewal by Andersen commitment to quality and service.

Compensation
Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
