Customer Service Representative

Chemical product distributor is looking for a customer service representative. Duties include responding to customer calls and email messages, resolving minor issues and relaying other requests to appropriate personnel within the company. When orders are received, coordinating deliveries with a shipping partner.
Must be available during regular business hours, but the workload is anticipated to be light. The position is fully remote.

The successful applicant must be a Singaporean citizen/resident, have good communication skills and efficient task management ability.
