Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:

• Check and handle drafts sent by the clients to avoid any misinformation.
• Check VGM data in the system to check for missing information
• Late arrival requests control
• Loading intention
• Print originals Bl and make them available to the clients.
• Communicate with customers to establish better relations
• Work closely with Sales Team having better comprehension regarding Customers' needs

Requirements

• Degree in Trade International business, or related areas
• Upper intermediate to advanced English level
• Office 365 mainly excel and word
• Customer Service Ability
• Multi-task
• Customer-oriented
