Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide product information and handle customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised retail environment.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
