Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and written communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and loyalty
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
- Ability to learn product and service offerings quickly and communicate value effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Must be located in or able to commute to Addison, TX
