Customer Service/Sales Support

Job Summary

This role support airfreight/oceanfreight enquiries and quotations, coordination of shipments. Timely updates to customers and partners on shipment status

Responsibilities

• Support airfreight and oceanfreight shipments enquiry, ensure timely reply.
• Liaise with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related.
• Provide in-house support to sales personnel in RFI, RFQ, SOP.
• Coordinate shipments with operation teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Communicate shipment status updates timely to Customers and Overseas Partners
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other official duties as assigned by Senior Management.
