Job Description

Our client, a leading banking organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer enquiries and provide quality support on banking products, services and transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, resolving their enquiries and promoting the use of digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers' general and transaction-related enquiries through various communication channels.

• Provide prompt, professional and friendly assistance to customers.

• Understand customers' needs, acknowledge their requests and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up and resolve customer enquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Reach out to customers and encourage them to adopt and use digital banking services.

• Work closely with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while navigating different system applications during customer interactions.

• Meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining service quality and accuracy.

• Ensure all customer interactions comply with the bank's service standards, procedures and risk requirements.

• Maintain professional conduct when communicating with customers and colleagues.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Working Days: 5 days per week

• Operating Hours: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• Shift Arrangement: Rotating shifts

• Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Employees will be assigned rotating shifts within the stated operating hours.
