Our Customer Service Team provides essential support to our product lines by managing customer orders, invoicing, collections, and customer inquiries. We interact daily with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless order execution, accurate billing, and exceptional customer service. Our services also include preparation of accruals and closing activities in Cash and Banking.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide support across billing, order processing, and customer service functions. You will coordinate with internal and external customers, ensure the quality and accuracy of financial and operational data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, reviewing, and entering billing and order data in SAP.
- Managing customer orders throughout the order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Providing internal and external clients with billing, order management, and customer service support.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring order status and coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Providing monthly and quarterly financial reports to support internal auditing activities.
- Liaising with Supply Chain and Inventory Analysts for invoice backup collection, order clarification, and issue resolution.
- Ensuring timely preparation of invoices while maintaining accurate records, controls, and customer documentation.
- Supporting collections activities and assisting in the reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Entering data into the tax portal (ESF).
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline billing and order management processes.
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Be fluent in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
- Have experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management, and/or Customer Service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Have the ability to perform monthly and quarterly Accounts Receivable reconciliations.
- Have experience with the Tax Portal (ESF).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Have experience with SAP, 1C, Ariba, or similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Have a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
