Customer Service Specialist (Cambridge, ENG)
Description
Our client are currently recruiting for a German and French Speaking Customer Service Specialist to work for an excellent company based in Central Cambridge. It’s a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who are looking to grow their team.
The role is a full-time permanent position offering remote or hybrid working.
Salary: £28,000
Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Typical duties include:
- Ensuring that all customer queries are effectively resolved
- Contacting customers to update them on their orders
- Administrative duties centred around the processing of orders
- Offering recommendations and product alternatives to established customers when required
- Accurate data entry into the salesforce system
The Successful Candidate:
- Written and spoken fluency in German and French is essential
- Experience in a customer orientated position
- Good problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy & proficient with MS Office products
