Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and compliant warranty and post-warranty service documentation

• Provide expert customer support and clear communication on complaint and warranty rights

• Resolve customer complaints promptly, including documentation and follow-up actions

• Coordinate sales, service, and customer support activities to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage accurate data and documentation within the ERP system

• Represent the company brand and values with a professional approach at all times

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, complaints handling, or service operations (an advantage)

• Knowledge of warranty and post-warranty service and complaint processes

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently

• Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly

• Structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and data management

• Professional demeanour and ability to represent company values at all times

• Slovak and English at at least B2 level required
