Customer Service (Order Fulfilment) Specialist (Medical Devices) Ref: GAS

An established MNC, which is a global provider of medical technologies, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, from order receipt and processing to shipment coordination and invoicing.
Process customer and sample orders accurately in SAP, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment.
Monitor order backlog, shipments, billing and backorders, proactively following up on outstanding orders.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution Centres to expedite shipments and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, providing timely updates on order and shipment status.
Manage customer returns and repair requests, liaising with the relevant Repair Centre for resolution.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve order-related issues and improve service delivery.
Identify process gaps and root causes, and contribute to process improvement and integration projects.
Provide team coverage and backup support, as well as assist with other ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Order fulfilment; preferably with APAC exposure
Proficient in MS Excel
Good working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
