About Client
We are supporting an international service organisation in hiring Japanese-speaking "Customer Service Specialists" for its expanding operations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly and delivering a professional customer experience. Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service or hospitality experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide clear guidance on service procedures and next steps.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and accurately.
- Support customers throughout their service journey, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established operating procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.
- Handle customer information with care and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong Japanese communication skills, including speaking, reading and writing.
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel reception or another customer-facing role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, patience and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Willingness to work on-site at the relevant service location.
