Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash registers and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Answer phones and assist with guest orders
- Use computers and online ordering systems
- Assist with packaging and presenting cake orders
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and stocked
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience required
- Comfortable handling money and balancing transactions
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during a shift
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Detail oriented with the ability to read tickets
