About the role
A company in the logistics sector is looking for a Customer Service Teleoperator to work in Meco and perform the following tasks:
What you'll do
- Telephone customer and user support.
- Making and receiving calls.
- Management and resolution of incidents, inquiries, and complaints.
- Information regarding products, services, orders, or procedures.
- Data entry and updating in computer systems.
- Follow-up on files and requests.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar position or the described functions.
- We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic, and committed person.
Nice to have
- Residence near the workplace is valued.
Education & certifications
- Completed secondary education.
Languages
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
